I think you can edit your own layouts. I'm not sure how it works since I've never submitted anything though.

heyhey... I changed my layout backround image a little bit, (the comprimise, i decided to spell it right lol) so can you reupload it to createblog? (that way i'll feel a lot more secure) and you're the nicest of the design staff and all... (i'm less scared of you) lol :D
